I need to create a new brand
If you’ve launched, or are about to launch a new company, product or service, then you’ll need to develop its brand.

Everything they do reflects their commitment to freshness, social responsibility and passion for great food, right down to the words they print on their paper napkins (have a look next time you’re in a branch).
Their brand is successful because all their staff know what it stands for, and so they make sure that everything they do, and every decision they make, reinforces the brand.
In other words, they know what their reputation is, and they make sure that they obsessively protect it.
